About Me
Hi, I'm Yasmin, and I am an Appraisal Support Specialist with over 13 years of experience in the medical recruitment industry, I have developed a deep understanding of compliance, and the recruitment process.
Throughout my career, I have gained extensive experience in processing healthcare professionals' documentation and ensuring compliance with safety standards. I expanded my expertise by becoming a certified Phlebotomist and Basic Life Support provider, which allowed me to assess healthcare professionals in hospitals and ensure they were equipped to work safely with patients of all ages.
I later moved into audits, where I successfully conducted a variety of nursing audits, further enhancing my skills in maintaining compliance standards. Currently, at Pertemps Medical, I oversee multiple projects, each presenting unique challenges that I embrace with enthusiasm. The dynamic nature of my role keeps me motivated, and I thrive in an environment where every day brings something new.
When I'm not at my desk, I'm away enjoying different cultures, taking spontaneous breaks away, with my next exciting adventure taking me to Japan.
