About Me
I first began my compliance journey in April 2013 through a Business Administration apprenticeship, where I developed a strong foundation in organizational processes and administrative support. In January 2014, I joined a large medical recruitment agency as an Administrator and Compliance Officer, supporting senior staff and working closely with the Psychiatry Team.
Over time, my dedication and expertise led to a promotion to Senior Compliance Officer – Psychiatry Specialist, where I played a key role in ensuring regulatory standards were met and maintained. In July 2023, I advanced to the role of Compliance Audit Lead, taking on greater responsibility for audit preparation and execution.
In this role, I’ve successfully completed and passed six audits, achieving a Platinum score, all while balancing my day-to-day compliance duties and additional responsibilities.
I’m passionate about maintaining high standards, ensuring accuracy, and continuously improving processes to drive excellence in compliance.
