I began my career in compliance in May 2008 as a Compliance Officer, where I spent six years building a strong foundation in compliance procedures and regulations. During this time, I progressed to the role of Team Leader, supporting the Compliance Manager and overseeing daily team operations.

 

In 2014, I took on the role of Compliance Manager at a growing agency, where I played a key role in developing and implementing a structured compliance framework.

 

In 2016, I transitioned to a new agency to join a larger compliance team. I was later promoted to Lead Compliance Officer, where I managed the team and oversaw internal audits to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance and alignment with industry standards.

 

In 2019, I took a one-year career break to become a mother. I returned to the industry in 2020, joining a new agency. After demonstrating my strengths in an area I’m passionate about, I was promoted to Lead Onboarding Specialist. In this role, I was responsible for ensuring the smooth and compliant onboarding of new candidates. I currently work closely with senior leadership and directors, managing a high-volume workload while overseeing administrative staff and effectively delegating tasks to maintain operational efficiency.

 

With over 17 years of hands-on compliance experience, I remain passionate about my work. I am committed, proactive, and take pride in providing a high-quality, supportive service to both candidates and colleagues. I thrive on helping others, promoting best practices, and ensuring the delivery of an efficient, compliant operation.
