Quality Assurance Director
About Me
With over 12 years of experience in medical recruitment, I’ve had the privilege of working across compliance, operations, and leadership, gaining a real appreciation for how much of a difference helping people can make.
I’m currently the Quality Assurance Director (March 2023 – present), where I lead on ensuring compliance excellence and driving continuous improvement across the business. In this role, I focus on upholding regulatory standards, streamlining processes, and fostering a culture of quality and accountability.
I started my journey at ID Medical in December 2012 as a Recruitment Trainer, then moved into Compliance and later Events Coordination, spending nearly three years refining processes and supporting teams. In 2015, I joined TNA Medical Limited as Compliance Manager, where I single-handedly led onboarding for framework companies and successfully passed all audits. I was later promoted to Director of Operations, playing a key role in supporting the business through its sale to Medical Staffing.
After the acquisition, I became the Operations Manager at Medical Staffing Ltd, continuing to focus on driving operational improvements. Following a career break to focus on motherhood (July 2019 – December 2021), I returned as a Senior Compliance Specialist before stepping back into an Operations Manager role. During this time, I helped rebuild compliance processes under new ownership, successfully passing both CPP and HTE audits.
Throughout my career, I’ve been lucky to work with incredible teams who have helped me grow and develop, both personally and professionally. Their collaboration and support have shaped the way I approach challenges—with adaptability, empathy, and a drive to make things better.
I genuinely believe that open communication and teamwork are the keys to overcoming any challenge. By working together and seeking solutions collaboratively, even the most difficult situations can be resolved.
I’m passionate about improving processes, supporting people, and making a real impact—whether that’s through building stronger teams, enhancing compliance standards, or simply helping things run more smoothly.
