About Me
With over 10 years of experience in medical recruitment, I have dedicated my career to supporting locum doctors through the appraisal and revalidation process. Having assisted more than 1,000 locum doctors, I have developed a deep understanding of the challenges the professionals face and the importance of providing the right guidance.
Beginning my journey as a compliance consultant, I quickly recognised the lack of structured support for locum doctors navigating appraisals. Determined to bridge this gap, I transitioned to the appraisal and revalidation support team in 2016—a decision that has since shaped my professional mission. Committed to ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience, I find great fulfilment in helping doctors achieve successful appraisals and revalidations.
