Experience
I am a Consultant in Anaesthetics and Chronic Pain and have been practising since 2009. I have also worked as an Appraiser since 2011, including a period as a Senior Appraiser at ULHT Trust, where I supported a team of eight appraisers and oversaw 80 to 100 appraisals each year.
I take a flexible and supportive approach to appraisal, guiding doctors from the moment they are allocated to me so their experience is smooth, clear and free from unnecessary stress. My typical turnaround time is 48 to 72 hours, with most appraisals completed within 48 hours.
I have been recognised with three NHS Clinical Excellence Awards for innovation, service development and patient centred care.
